Admin Manager

Location: Shanghai
Accountabilities:
- Assist sales to provide professional customer service;
- Issuing the contract after all of the items have been confirmed by company and clients.
- Follow up the implementation of the contract.
- Payment chasing (including media and production cost) during different payment period.
- Proper handling customer complaints with relevant departments.
- Update the sales contract list and customer's information.
- Submit related work plan and report;
- Daily office admin work.
Job Competencies:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Minimum of 2 years experience of CS or Admin, Good to deal with customer complaints and receivable work;
- Strong communication and coordination ability;
- Fluent in both oral and written English ;
- Careful, rigorous, meticulous, enthusiastic
