To celebrate its 10 year anniversary, online
dating site eHarmony took the streets ofTimes Squareto spread the word (and the love) as part of
its “Love Begins Here” campaign! For its massive Times Square spectacular billboard,
eHarmony encouraged couples on its Facebook page and
website to submit their best ‘in love’ photos.
14,000 photos were entered, with 6,000 selected to be
featured in a giant billboard mosaic. An interactive version of the mosaic was also created, allowing
eHarmony.com visitors to click on individual photos to learn about the couple.
Adding to the excitement, a motorcade of
pedicabs with 50 couples featured in the ad campaign made its way throughout Times
Square, letting all of NYC know that meaningful relationships really can
be found online.
