Senior Account Manager

ARES Outdoor is looking for accomplished and experienced sales talents to join our growing team to help build and support the rapidly growing outdoor media business inShanghairegion.


Location: Shanghai


Accountabilities:

- Developing sales cycle on base of current account pool and new resources

- Accomplishing sales quotas assigned timely

- Assuring accounts payable to be collected according to account period

- Making media plans regarding accounts’ requirements, and collaborating well with other departments to maintain and renewal business.

- Accomplishing performances management and evaluation

- Building and managing pipeline of business for accurate forecasting purposes by well collaborating with channel partners, the regional sales leader and other team members


Capabilities:

- Agency & direct sales experience, ideally in selling to an established customer base

- Proven successful track record in achieving and exceeding sales quotas on a regular basis

- Ability to work in broadly defined sales team, leveraging resources from across the company

- Fluent communication skills both in English and Chinese

- Drive, determination & creativity

- Exemplary high standards of honesty, integrity & endeavor
